Together with my husband, himself a former top executive, I founded a company that chose to take a different path.
In 2004, my heart’s project followed: the Institute for Nutrition and Health, a place for real research, deeper knowledge, and connection between medicine, naturopathy, and humanity.
Since then, I’ve been on a mission to:
✔ Help people see their body as a nature reserve again
✔ Share knowledge in a way that touches and transforms
✔ Develop products that work, because they are thoughtful, well, researched, and honest
Today, at 71, I am more clear than ever:
I don’t work against aging, I work for more dignity, strength, and clarity in life.
Not out of defiance, but out of conviction.
