Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,”
and the customer (as designated in the respective purchase contract),
Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,”
shall be concluded with the following terms and conditions:
1. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart, which will be confirmed immediately by email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute binding acceptance of the order. The contract language is German.
2. Order / Delivery
The essential characteristics of the ordered goods are derived from the respective product descriptions.
Shipping is at the provider’s risk via the German parcel service DHL, usually within 24 hours within Germany, in rare cases up to 2-3 working days after receipt of order. Normally, delivery takes place within five working days.
If this delivery time cannot be met due to unexpected demand or delays at the provider’s supplier, the customer will be informed. In this case, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
Deliveries are insured against transport damage for the provider. Please check the integrity and completeness of the delivery upon receipt and have any damages to the goods certified. For complaints, please contact us directly at +49 (0) 6747 – 950 190 or by email at info@anusan.de.
Delivery delays caused by legal or official orders (e.g., import or export restrictions, strikes, force majeure) for which the provider is not responsible extend the delivery time accordingly. The start and end of such obstacles will be communicated immediately to the buyer.
3. Prices / Shipping Costs
The product prices shown in the provider’s online shop are binding and include the statutory VAT.
Within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.00 including VAT. This fee is waived for orders over €100.
For contracts within the European foreign countries and Switzerland, this does not apply. Additional shipping costs apply here, depending on the weight of the package and the destination country. Please inquire directly at the following email address: info@ifeg-online.de.
In case of withdrawal (see point 5), the buyer shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
4. Payment Methods
Our invoices are payable by invoice, PayPal, or credit card.

For payment by invoice, please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days to the following account:
Account holder: Anusan Gesundheitsprodukte GmbH
IBAN: DE87 56051790 0006 616155
BIC: MALADE51SIM
Bank name: Kreissparkasse Rhein-Hunsrück
Please provide the following information:
Invoice number, purpose of payment, customer number or full name
PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily, free of charge, and quickly in many online shops. When paying via PayPal, the customer will be redirected to the external website of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. upon clicking the “Buy Now” button to complete the payment. It may be necessary to open an account with this payment provider. Payment execution may depend on whether PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. enters into a contractual relationship with the customer. Verification of the customer may cause delays. Otherwise, payment is made directly, i.e., before delivery. Further information can be found on PayPal’s website and in their terms and conditions. Special payment terms apply for business partners of the provider (industry, wholesalers, pharmacies, and other companies registered in the commercial register after verification). Payment by invoice or direct debit is also possible in such cases.
Reminder Fees
Reminder fees charged in case of payment default correspond to postage costs for the first and second reminders. If a direct debit is returned due to incorrect bank details or insufficient funds, the provider is entitled to charge the customer the costs incurred.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the (last) goods or the last partial delivery or item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
IfEG
Hauptstraße 8
56281 Dörth
Germany
Email: info@ifeg-online.de
by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form (click here) provided for download or attached. Use of the form is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; no fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal to:
IfEG
Hauptstraße 8
56281 Dörth
Germany
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning. The right of withdrawal does not apply, as far as the parties have not agreed otherwise, to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment of the purchase price.
7. Invoice Dispatch
The provider reserves the right to send invoices electronically, e.g., by email.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
9. Liability
The provider is liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations caused by itself or its vicarious agents. An essential contractual obligation is one whose fulfillment enables proper execution of the contract and on which the customer regularly relies. Otherwise, liability is limited to intent or gross negligence of the provider or its vicarious agents. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages that were reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion. These limitations do not apply in cases of delay, product liability, injury to life, body or health, or other mandatory legal provisions. Liability limitations also apply in favor of representatives, senior employees, and vicarious agents.
10. Customer Service
Customer service is available by e mail at the following times:
Email: info@ifeg-online.de
Requests can also be sent to the following email address: info@anusan.de
11. Customer Password
If the customer sets up an account, the password must be kept secret and the account access carefully secured. The customer must immediately notify the provider if there is any indication of unauthorized use of their access by third parties.
12. General Information Duty under § 36 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), enabling consumers to settle disputes related to their online orders without court involvement.
We do not participate in an alternative dispute resolution system according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, but you can contact our customer service instead. We can be reached for all matters at info@anusan.de.
The legally required link to the EU platform for online dispute resolution (availability is the responsibility of the EU) can be found here.
Final Provisions
If the customer is a merchant, a public law legal entity, or a public special fund, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is the provider’s registered office. The provider has the right to sue at the customer’s place of business as well.
The provider does not store the full contract text but stores order data in summary form and sends the customer the order data and these GTC by email. The GTC can be accessed at any time here. Only the above conditions apply to the contractual relationship. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless expressly agreed in writing
